Entrepreneur | Sales and Life Trainer | Author

Daryl Dittmer’s work is rooted in experience, not ideology. Raised in a blue-collar family where work ethic was non-negotiable, he learned early what long days, responsibility, and effort demand.

Over the years, he’s worked as a farmhand, carpenter, sales professional, business owner, builder, landlord, investor, consultant, sales trainer and life trainer — learning firsthand what discipline builds and what avoidance erodes.

Daryl got into sales almost by accident, talked his way into a firm doing a few hundred thousand in revenue, and made himself the top producer there. Over time, he earned ownership because he performed and then asked for it, becoming the second-largest shareholder in a company that sold for nearly ten billion dollars.

Having now helped build and exit multiple businesses, Daryl focuses on teaching, writing, and training — passing on what was given to him to people who are tired of drifting and ready to live with more clarity and self-respect.

After decades of personal work, mentorship, and hard-earned lessons, Daryl rebuilt his life by returning to the basics most people overlook: honesty with himself, daily structure, keeping his word, and showing up.

Daryl lives with his wife, Kristina, in the mountains of North Georgia, where a quieter life reinforces many of the same truths he teaches.

"There is one question I ask myself, and those who tell me they desire a life that soars: "Are you ready to Show Up?
