Customer Success Executive / Mentor

I've combined over 20 years of customer success and customer experience leadership with over 2 decades of professional sports knowledge to provide a unique view on leading small and large organizations on driving customer outcomes that result in improved customer lifetime value.

I am a customer executive with close to two decades of experience leading customer success and customer experience organizations. I have spent that time building teams as much as building processes.

I lead organizations made up of enterprise account managers, B2B and B2C customer success managers, customer satisfaction leaders, retention specialists, training, tech support, and Voice of the Customer programs. I have owned the deployment and ongoing management of third-party product integrations across those teams.

I have run several customer success rebuilds where the organization improved product adoption, onboarding effectiveness, Customer Effort Score, Net Promoter Score, Customer Satisfaction, and retention.

I was the Vice President of Customer Success at AbsenceSoft. Before that, I was Vice President of Customer Success and Customer Experience at Resy, part of the American Express Global Dining Network. I am also Executive Director of Show California Baseball.

I am an alumnus of Long Beach State University, where I played baseball for three years before a nine-year professional career in the Miami Marlins, Anaheim Angels, and Seattle Mariners organizations. I hold the CCXP Certified Customer Experience Professional credential through the CXPA, and four NASM certifications, and I was an All-American and an Olympic team invitee at Long Beach. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, Sport Nutrition Coach and Virtual Coaching Specialist.
