This is the podcast all men need! Andy helps us see that our feeling are not bad things that need to be hidden away. That men were created to feel and learning how to lean into this allows you to a life that is more fulfilled and full of more joy.

I’m a woman and a marriage and family therapist. Thank you for changing my culturally acquired myths and biases about men as well as confirming the other beliefs I have (men have all of the feelings women do). Your show has been personally helpful to me, and I have shared much of what I’ve learned with my clients.

I had the pleasure of being on Andy's show and it was a blast. He has the special ability to bring out the full authentic self of both he and his guest. The conversation flowed nicely and it my opinion the interesting topics Andy brought up would keep a listener engaged.

Listening to Andy and his guests you get a sense of his compassoin in helping men & people open up and share their truths. He really peels back the layers and lets you get to know his guests and their stories.

I really enjoy the topics explored on the episodes. I was really liked the MGTOW series. A great way to get all views on the topic.

Will have my husband listening to this one. Actually I may too-secretly. LOL

Andy is always real, always authentic. I enjoy listening and learning more about the ways men look at things in a much different way than women do. It really helps me relate better to the men in my life. I highly recommend!

Andy and Appio are doing a great public service for the males in Western culture! They are bringing so much wisdom to the table, I am convinced their efforts to help men feel will eventually conquer the world! ;-) Keep up the good work, guys!

I have to be honest, I listen to a lot more female hosted podcasts than male hosted podcasts, but I really love Andy and his perspective on what it means to be a man. Highly recommended!

So far I've only listened to a few episodes, specifically those relating to The Mankind Project and The New Warrior Training Adventure--the context in which I met Andy--and I am thoroughly impressed with these guys. The brilliance and honesty with which they discussed their experience with this organization I have been a member and leader in for nearly a decade, demonstrated their ability to speak to the heart. I was moved, and expect the same quality of production and authentic expressions from these men as I listen to more episodes. Thank you Andy and Appio for doing this simple thing from your heart, which is actually a great service to the world, whether you know it or not. Going forward, I'd love to hear you guys really dig into some contentious and critical issues facing men and men's work. Talk about the "men's rights" movement; talk about abuse; talk about men of color; talk about the place men's work does or doesn't have in feminism; talk about guns, war, apathy, and indifference; but just keep talking from your hearts. Keep it up guys!
